D and L Housing Solutions is a Black-owned independent living provider serving real people with real needs in PG County, Maryland and surrounding areas. We specialize in housing for SSI/SSDI recipients, returning citizens, seniors, and individuals transitioning out of shelters or programs.
Our clean, secure, and affordable rooms are fully furnished and include utilities—no caseworker or program enrollment required. Just stability, safety, and support.

Returning Citizens
/Re-entry Clients

Transitioning back into society after incarceration comes with unique challenges. We are deeply committed to helping returning citizens rebuild their lives by providing support with housing, employment referrals, counseling, and life skills development

Seniors 55+

Seniors deserve comfort, community, and care. We serve individuals aged 55 and older by helping them find age-appropriate housing with features that support mobility, safety, and social connection. Whether downsizing or facing a housing crisis, our services are designed to meet seniors’ unique needs with empathy and respect.

Veterans

Our veterans have given so much in service to our country—we are honored to serve them in return. We help veterans find stable housing, access benefits, and connect with specialized healthcare and employment resources. Our programs are designed to support both transitioning service members and longtime veterans facing housing insecurity or other life challenges.

Rehabilitation
Program Graduates

Completing a rehabilitation program is a major milestone—and stability is key to maintaining progress. We work with graduates of drug and alcohol rehab programs to secure safe, sober, and supportive housing
